Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute detailed pattern specifications and cartamodello technical drawings
- Manage prototypes from initial preparation through finished goods, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of complete leather working processes and production timelines
- Operate and configure leather goods machinery and equipment within the workshop
- Execute preparatory operations including leather skiving, underlining, and hand-finishing work
- Perform bench assembly techniques including hand-stitching, edge-working, French-edge finishing, and form-mounted assembly operations
