Role & Responsibilities

  • Interpret and execute detailed pattern specifications and cartamodello technical drawings
  • Manage prototypes from initial preparation through finished goods, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of complete leather working processes and production timelines
  • Operate and configure leather goods machinery and equipment within the workshop
  • Execute preparatory operations including leather skiving, underlining, and hand-finishing work
