Role & Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members, implementing polyvalence projects to enhance technical competencies and continuous professional development
• Schedule daily tasks and coordinate work plans with the Planning Department to align with production objectives
• Monitor material availability in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and operational performance
• Plan and coordinate machine and tool improvements, repairs, and production line reorganizations with the Continuous Improvement department
• Champion and actively support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process optimization projects
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team adopts and improves safety behaviors and adherence to security standards
• Prepare daily reporting on efficiency, quality, and production volumes, analyzing and communicating results to team members, colleagues, and production management

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in Quality management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in luxury or fashion manufacturing (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities with solid communication skills and ability to engage and motivate operators
• High role awareness and reliability in execution

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial and manufacturing companies. Experience in the luxury or fashion sector is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in supervisory or leadership roles managing production teams and operational metrics.

Education

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in the Quality field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
