Céline Production, Radda in Chianti: Production Supervisor overseeing luxury manufacturing operations. Full-time, EUR 40K base, September 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous growth by coaching team members and implementing polyvalence projects to enhance technical skills
- Schedule daily tasks and communicate the work plan to the team in coordination with the Planning Department
- Control and verify material availability in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departments
- Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency and performance
- Plan and coordinate machine improvements, repairs, and line reorganizations in partnership with the Continuous Improvement department
- Actively support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and projects
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure compliance with and improvement of safety behaviors
- Elaborate daily reporting on efficiency, quality, and volumes, analyzing and sharing results with team members, colleagues, and the production manager
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Quality field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial and Manufacturing companies
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong teamwork and cooperative approach with solid communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing environments; experience in the luxury or fashion sector is a plus.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in the Quality field.

This position is based in Radda in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
