Céline seeks Production Supervisor in Radda in Chianti, Italy. Oversee manufacturing operations, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement in luxury goods production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Foster continuous growth by coaching team members and implementing polyvalence projects to enhance technical skills
- Schedule daily tasks and coordinate work plans with the team in alignment with Planning Department input
- Monitor material availability in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departments to ensure production continuity
- Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance optimization
- Plan and coordinate machine and tool improvements, repairs, and production line reorganizations with the Continuous Improvement department
- Actively support and advance Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Provide guidance to the team to establish and improve safety behaviors and protocols
- Elaborate daily reporting on efficiency, quality, and volumes, analyzing and sharing results with team members and production management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in Quality field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in production line management and supervisory leadership
- Proficiency in data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial and manufacturing operations. Experience in the luxury or fashion business sector is valued.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience in the Quality field.
