Role & Responsibilities
- Ensures production launch planning, workload optimization across departments, and material availability verification
- Communicates with Central Planning to respect priorities and urgencies
- Monitors delivery progress and prepares detailed reports for the Production Manager and Production Director
- Holds responsibility for raw material and finished product accountability
- Actively participates in ongoing transformation projects, specifically repair management and lead time reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Production Planner
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in luxury or fashion business is advantageous
- Supply chain background is desirable
