Celine seeks Production Coordinator for Women's Ready-to-Wear (woven fabrics) in Paris; 5-month contract from October 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in detail reviews and quality standards with cross-functional departments
  • Update nomenclatures and coordinate with procurement and manufacturing partners regarding material and component shipments and receipts
  • Launch, assign, and receive counter-samples
  • Issue, validate, and receive work orders and purchase orders
  • Manage production approval and manufacturability prioritization
  • Maintain supplier relationships and oversee end-to-end supplier coordination
  • Track material timelines and receipts at manufacturing facilities
  • Establish production schedules, monitor manufacturing progress, and coordinate product deliveries to warehouse
  • Communicate updated delivery schedules weekly to relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing partners to resolve production and industrialization challenges
  • Monitor Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs) in supplier portal and manage receipt discrepancies
  • Validate invoices

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or fashion school qualification (equivalent to Bac+5, such as IFM or equivalent)
  • Significant first experience in ready-to-wear production
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Product assembly knowledge and supplier portfolio management experience
  • Product sensibility and commitment to quality standards
  • Proficiency in Excel and general IT tools
  • Familiarity with OrliWeb and PLM Centric software
