Celine seeks Production Coordinator for Special Projects in Paris. Manage press repetitions, oversee fabrication, coordinate suppliers—luxury PAP experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the seasonal press order file, coordinating information collection with collection teams on garment specifications
- Participate in normalization meetings and detailed reviews, conducting comprehensive BOM (Bill of Materials) audits
- Input pricing and manufacturing circuits into enterprise information systems (PLM, Orli, SAP)
- Manage manufacturer allocations based on production load and collection assignments
- Ensure material and component coverage for all press repetitions
- Monitor material reception at contractors in coordination with the Purchasing department
- Establish and track production schedules, monitor manufacturer progress, and oversee product delivery
- Process manufacturing order launches, allocations, and receipts within the Orli system
- Verify compliance and quality of delivered press repetitions
- Communicate updated delivery schedules weekly to relevant departments and stakeholders
- Validate contractor invoices and maintain current system records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PAP (Ready-to-Wear) development or production, ideally within a luxury house
- Training from a fashion school (ESIV, IFM or equivalent), or equivalent Bac+5 qualification
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong capacity to interact effectively with diverse internal stakeholders
- English language proficiency (mandatory); Italian (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in PAP (Ready-to-Wear) development or production within a luxury environment. Experience with production management systems and supplier coordination is essential.
Education
Qualification from a recognized fashion school such as ESIV or IFM, or equivalent Bac+5 level (Master's degree equivalent).
