Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain model files including photography, measurements, and nomenclature specifications
- Participate in standardization fittings prior to order launch
- Update and maintain daily production tracking for VIC orders
- Input manufacturing orders into the ORLI/SAP production ERP system
- Process material purchase orders through ORLI/SAP
- Monitor manufacturing and supplier progress
- Launch, allocate, and receive manufacturing orders (OF) on ORLI
- Receive and log material and supply shipments in ORLI
- Conduct conformity inspections including measurements and visual quality control
- Coordinate delivery of finished articles to central warehouse
- Review and validate supplier invoices
Qualifications
- Formal education in fashion (ESIV, IFM, or equivalent Bac+5 level)
- Experience in ready-to-wear development or production, preferably within luxury houses
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- English fluency (mandatory)
- Italian proficiency (preferred)

Experience
Entry-level with foundational experience in ready-to-wear development or production within a luxury context preferred; candidates with strong academic credentials and internship exposure to couture or premium production environments are encouraged to apply.
Education
Fashion school degree (ESIV, IFM, or equivalent) at Bac+5 level or higher.
