Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production follow-up for the woven and knit Ready-to-Wear category, from production launch through delivery to the warehouse.
- Establish and maintain production schedules; monitor progress with manufacturers and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Place, validate and receive production orders (OFs) and supplier commands; pilot production priorities (OK production / OK fabricable).
- Maintain and update bill of materials/nomenclatures in coordination with Purchasing and suppliers; track shipments and receipts of materials and components.
- Oversee supplier relationships, act as primary contact for manufacturers, and coordinate technical support to resolve manufacturing and industrialization issues.
- Monitor ASNs in the supplier portal and manage receipt discrepancies; validate supplier invoices and assist with subcontractor declarations and approvals.
- Communicate weekly updated delivery schedules to stakeholders across buying, quality and development teams.
- Support the Head of Production on transversal projects and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised fashion school or equivalent Bac+5 qualification (e.g., ESIV, IFM) or equivalent experience in fashion production.
- Minimum 3 years' significant experience in Ready-to-Wear production management.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with product assembly knowledge and managing a supplier base.
- Quality-minded with a sensitivity to product details and manufacturing standards.
- Fluent English; working knowledge of Italian is appreciated.

At least 3 years' hands-on experience in production within Ready-to-Wear, including order management, supplier coordination and production planning.
Education
Degree from a fashion school (ESIV, IFM) or equivalent Master's-level qualification (Bac+5) in fashion, product industrialisation or a related discipline.
