Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in standardization meetings and specification review sessions for production norms
• Prepare and disseminate Bills of Materials (BOM) for production runs
• Manage countermaterial supplies for manufacturing partners
• Measure production countersamples and first-article samples, progressing toward quality control and reporting
• Receive and dispatch production countersamples and first-article pieces
• Process orders and track invoicing via ORLIWEB system
• Manage quality panels and master specifications (reception, transmission to manufacturers, and quality services)

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme at a fashion school or equivalent institution
• Demonstrated interest in textiles, fashion, and luxury goods
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively across departments and with external suppliers
• Methodical approach with excellent organisational abilities
• Proactive mindset with genuine intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency in Excel; PLM software knowledge is advantageous

Experience

No prior professional experience required; internship candidates are expected to be currently pursuing or recently completed relevant fashion or production-related studies.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree programme at a recognised fashion school or equivalent tertiary institution in production, supply chain, or fashion design.
