CELINE in Paris seeks a Production & Industrialization Coordinator (Textile Accessories) on CDD to manage suppliers, quality and production tracking.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead industrialization for the Textile Accessories category from proto‑typing to production sign‑off, ensuring conformity with the Maison’s quality grade.
- Organise and animate normalization and detail review sessions; coordinate pre‑norm launches and material tests with Quality.
- Create and manage technical dossiers, production prototypes and product assembly specifications; act as the technical interlocutor for manufacturers throughout production.
- Maintain and guarantee accuracy of production nomenclatures across PLM and ERP systems.
- Contribute to model pricing and validate final production price for assigned items.
- Prepare illustrated purchase orders and generate manufacturing orders; manage order placement and follow‑up with suppliers.
- Design and maintain production tracking tools; produce and circulate weekly delivery schedules to Central Planning.
- Monitor incoming materials, plan and negotiate finished‑goods delivery timings; validate reception of productions at the warehouse.
- Coordinate laboratory testing with Quality and participate in PF (pre‑final) inspections and quality arbitration decisions.
- Approve production invoices and manage first‑run / first‑article checks where required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from a recognised fashion or product school (e.g., ESIV, IFM) or equivalent qualification.
- A demonstrated first professional experience in production management; prior exposure to textile accessories and knowledge of Italian printing houses is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong supplier management experience and familiarity with product assembly processes and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable using PLM/ERP systems (experience with OrliWeb and PLM Centric is desirable).
