Céline Production & Art Buying Assistant internship in Paris (January 2027, 6 months full-time). Support luxury fashion production and creative talent coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate external creative talent including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, set designers, and location scouts
- Conduct creative research and competitive analysis to inform art buying decisions
- Support fashion show and event organization, including operational coordination and logistics
- Collect and manage mandatory documentation for freelance staff, intermittent contractors, and external service providers
- Organize and coordinate production shootings, manage schedules, and ensure operational execution
- Provide on-set assistance during shoots to ensure smooth production workflow
- Prepare and monitor contractual and legal documentation
- Track administrative processes including invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor follow-up
- Archive and organize documents related to all production activities
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a fashion school, communications program, or business degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in a fashion house or luxury brand environment (preferred)
