Role & Responsibilities
- Support back-office product development activities, including product coding within PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Manage sample orders and coordinate follow-ups across internal teams and production sites.
- Maintain and update process progress files and product data to ensure traceability throughout development cycles.
- Physically handle, monitor and archive bijoux samples with care and accuracy.
- Assist research and selection of new materials, components and finishes for jewellery and accessory collections.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Fashion Design, Jewellery/Metal Hardware or closely related degree (curricular internship required).
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Exceptional organisation, precision and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, listening and teamwork skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
