Role & Responsibilities

• Enter and update collection information in internal systems (PLM - Celink)
• Track and update collection spreadsheets in Excel
• Actively participate in monitoring components and materials required for collection development
• Coordinate component orders and follow up on deliveries and dyeing schedules
• Prepare pieces for fittings and coordinate with ateliers for model collection
• Receive, prepare, and organize prototypes and collection pieces
• Assist product developers with daily operational tasks
• Manage prototype shipments and component receipt and distribution
• Collaborate closely with the Product Development Manager on VIP developments and special projects requiring particular oversight

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +3, +4, or +5 program in Commerce, Textile, Fashion, or equivalent
• Maturity and autonomy
• Strong organizational and meticulous approach
• Sense of priorities and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
• Dynamism, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Committed, involved, and proactive

Skills

Experience

No prior professional experience required; candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) in progress, with preference for programs in Commerce, Textile, Fashion, or related disciplines.
