Celine seeks a Procurement Specialist in Strada in Chianti, Italy. Temporary full-time role optimizing luxury leather goods supply chain and supplier management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute purchase order entry and track advancement of orders
- Promptly report discrepancies between confirmed plans and material availability
- Support resolution of shortage cases by proposing alternative actions and collaborating with the Purchasing team
- Conduct proactive analysis of leftover inventory and cancellations to minimize costs
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to monitor performance and resolve issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to planning, flagging any misalignments or delays
- Support regular exchange of tactical KPIs with suppliers
- Prepare periodic reports on order performance, materials analysis, supplier lead times, quality and service performance, and leather waste levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or production management in structured companies
- Bachelor's degree in economics or related discipline
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

Experience
