Celine Paris: 6-month procurement assistant role in central buying & CSR projects, October 2026, full-time on-site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute purchase order follow-ups with vendors and manage ERP system transactions related to acquisition activities
  • Maintain and support inventory management operations, including cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations
  • Consolidate and maintain tracking spreadsheets and procurement documentation
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors on corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainability requirements
  • Collect and coordinate traceability data from manufacturing partners and compile comprehensive documentation
  • Process supplier certifications, aggregate compliance information, and maintain certification databases

Qualifications

  • Technical educational background (textile engineering school such as ENSAIT or ESIV, or equivalent) or business school with product affinity preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
