CELINE (Paris) seeks a Prints & Embroideries Coordinator to lead textile prints, embroideries and accessories for Men’s and Women’s collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and supervise creative proposals for prints, embroideries and textile accessories for Men’s and Women’s collections.
- Source trend and inspirational references to nourish seasonal collections and proactively propose creative directions.
- Contribute directly to creative outputs (drawings, 3D work, digital renderings) and refine concepts.
- Coordinate with development teams to follow the creative-to-technical process from initial sketches through prototypes and production.
- Manage and mentor the studio team for prints, embroideries and textile accessories, including internal staff and external freelancers.
- Collaborate closely with Images and Communication teams to ensure visual and narrative coherence across campaigns and brand materials.
- Ensure technical feasibility and production quality of prints and embroideries while respecting established budgets.
Qualifications
- Degree from a design school or equivalent education in textile or fashion design.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in prints, embroideries and textile accessories within luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable mastery of printing techniques, embroidery processes and textile development.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a creative team; experience managing both internal staff and freelancers.
- Strong organisational precision, efficiency and autonomy with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

At least 10 years’ experience in prints, embroideries and textile accessories within luxury fashion, with prior people-management responsibilities and proven involvement in creative-to-production processes.
Education
Design school (École de design) or equivalent.
