Press Intern at Celine, London: Support UK PR team with sample coordination, media monitoring, and administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination of sample movement, including logging and barcoding all new collections in Launchmetrics
- Pack and record all sample movements in Launchmetrics and book couriers for domestic and international shipments
- Collate information for and produce documents for international shipments, including commercial invoices
- Monitor all requests to ensure timely deliveries and returns of samples
- Monitor showroom and sample storage to ensure clear organisation and smooth sample trafficking processes
- Archive past collections and manage existing archiving processes
- Scan and file all print coverage and clip all digital and social coverage in preparation for weekly reporting
- File and archive all media coverage within the Celine shared server
- Maintain up-to-date contact database within Launchmetrics
- Provide administrative assistance to the PR team
Qualifications
- Interest in public relations within fashion
- Organised and proactive mindset with willingness to offer assistance within and outside the team
- Understanding of the UK media landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude with strong ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while maintaining detail-oriented work
- Great team player with willingness to learn and develop
