Céline Paris internship: Press Coordination Assistant (6 months). Support press operations for a leading luxury fashion house. January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the press team for daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate press office needs across Paris headquarters and international locations to ensure seamless communication and consistency
- Manage press tooling and collateral deployment, including press release formatting, lookbook assembly, visual assets, and presentation materials
- Maintain and update press contact databases and conduct targeted media outreach research
- Contribute to the organization and logistics of press events, including Press Days, press trips, and fashion show coordination
- Prepare and compile press coverage reports in multiple formats, including weekly reviews and monthly highlights analysis
- Monitor and analyze media coverage through the DMR system to track press impact and brand presence
- Develop internal presentations and documentation supporting communication initiatives
- Manage press gift procurement, subscriptions, and magazine orders
- Liaise with cross-functional departments including Image, Heritage, Marketing, and Logistics to align press operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École program (Commerce, Communication, or Fashion specialization) or equivalent university degree holder
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Previous experience in a press office or luxury brand is valued
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS software is an advantage
