Céline seeks Press Assistant intern for January 2027 (6-month contract), Paris. Support press operations and coordinate shipments in this fashion communications role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and track press shopping shipments and returns across all geographic markets
  • Process stylist shopping requests and coordinate item credits
  • Reserve, track, and prepare pieces within Launchmetrics and planning systems
  • Arrange courier services for Paris-based deliveries and coordinate international transporters
  • Prepare essential documentation including packing lists, proformas, and footwear specifications according to destination requirements
  • Oversee returns processing, including storage, dry cleaning coordination, and workshop referrals as needed
  • Coordinate loan requests with internal product teams for press shoots and maintain press clipping records

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, communications programme, or fashion studies curriculum
  • Previous experience in a press department or communications office
  • Proficiency with Launchmetrics (FGPS) software is advantageous
  • Fluent in French and English
