Role & Responsibilities

• Support the press team in daily PR operations and work closely with press attachés across markets.
• Manage and track press shopping shipments and returns for all markets, including domestic couriers and international transport arrangements.
• Process stylist shopping requests and handle credit documentation.
• Prepare reservations and manage piece scheduling and logistics within Launchmetrics (FGPS) and the department planning.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation (packing lists, proforma invoices, footwear sheets) according to destination requirements.
• Oversee returns processing (storage, laundry, transfers to ateliers) and coordinate with internal product teams to request loans for shoots.
• Maintain showroom and sample inventory alongside the showroom team and assist with press presentations, fashion shows and other PR events.
• Collect and record media clippings for the press review and support basic media monitoring tasks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a business, communications or fashion school with a valid school internship agreement (convention de stage).
• At least one prior internship or experience in a press/PR department is required.
• Practical knowledge of FGPS (Launchmetrics) is required; previous experience with press logistics and showroom operations is highly valued.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, rigorous, adaptable, reactive and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum one prior internship or work experience within a press or public relations department; hands-on exposure to fashion press operations preferred.
