Celine Press Assistant (Intern)
CELINE in Paris (75006) seeks a Press Assistant intern starting July 2026 for a 6‑month on‑site placement in the Communication team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Communication Directorate and collaborate closely with press attachés to execute daily press-office operations.
- Manage and track press shopping shipments and returns for all markets, including domestic courier bookings and international transport arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (packing lists, proforma invoices, footwear sheets) and coordinate logistics with transport providers.
- Reserve, prepare and log pieces in Launchmetrics (FGPS) and in the press planning calendar; coordinate internal product loans for editorial shoots.
- Oversee handling of returned items (storage, dry-cleaning, forwarding to ateliers when required) and support showroom and sample maintenance with the showroom team.
- Register and compile media clippings for the press review and assist during fashion shows and press presentations.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the press team as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business, communications or fashion school; valid school internship agreement required for the 6‑month placement.
- At least one prior experience or internship within a press/PR service is necessary.
- Proficiency with FGPS (Launchmetrics) is required.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, adaptability, responsiveness and flexibility.
