PIM/DAM Product Owner at CELINE Paris | Product data governance, e-commerce platform management, luxury fashion

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer PIM and DAM platforms, including user creation, role management, and access governance
  • Pilot interactions with IT partners regarding production anomalies, editor feature developments, and version impact assessments
  • Provide technical support and assistance to business users on product data operations, including completeness verification, filtering, and data imports via Excel or CSV
  • Analyze and specify business evolution requests and track their implementation according to pre-defined prioritization with leadership
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that may impact PIM/DAM tools and involve development or UAT testing
  • Manage and resolve e-commerce data flow issues in collaboration with IT departments, including ticket escalation, validation, user testing, and production monitoring
  • Track and resolve data publishing issues on non-e-commerce platforms in coordination with dedicated teams
  • Manage evolution of the data model and anticipate potential platform impacts based on emerging business requirements (product hierarchy, categorization, taxonomy, attribute additions)
  • Maintain internal documentation repository tracking platform corrections and data model evolutions
  • Ensure data compliance with CELINE's internal and external quality requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar PIM/DAM or product data governance role
  • Proven expertise with AKENEO and BYNDER platforms
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures and information systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud backend systems
  • Experience with e-commerce data flows and omnichannel integration
