Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and meetings.
- Lead succession planning and recruitment efforts for team roles.
- Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Implement and supervise company policies, ensuring compliance with disciplinary procedures.
- Act as a project lead for operational initiatives, supporting store and headquarters during launches.
- Ensure client data is captured accurately and provide solutions for improvement.
- Monitor and manage store facilities, health and safety compliance, and P&L aspects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of USA retail laws and health and safety legislation.
