Role & Responsibilities

• Identify key improvements and operational efficiencies to protect product assets against theft and damage, delivering transparent reporting to the Store Manager
• Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and optimizing store processes
• Conduct comprehensive training for all new hires and ongoing instruction on the Cegid store operating system
• Implement new policies and procedures to support team achievement of stock loss targets, serving as the primary point of contact for stock management and replenishment processes
• Lead operational projects from conception through launch, providing liaison support between the store and headquarters
• Develop and maintain forecasting tools to enable accurate business planning for sales, stock, and payroll projections
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to identify cost-reduction opportunities and service improvements
• Drive stockroom optimization through commercial solutions that enhance fetch times, inventory flow, and proper storage protocols
• Monitor all aspects of profit and loss to reduce costs and maximize store efficiency
• Oversee facilities management and ensure full Health and Safety compliance in alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to maintain accurate negative-on-hand reporting, conduct weekly cycle counts, and coordinate annual inventory
• Review product lines weekly to maximize replenishment potential and challenge the Merchandising team on market opportunities
• Support the CRM team and Store Manager in cascading client data actions, ensuring data accuracy and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum 3 years managing people
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience with at least 3 years in a people management capacity. Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, managing teams in fast-paced luxury retail environments, and implementing process improvements that enhance customer service and sales outcomes.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or related field is preferred but not required.
