CELINE — Operations Supervisor in Las Vegas (Crystals). Lead store operations, inventory, training and compliance for the flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day store operations and implement brand operating standards to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Identify and deliver operational efficiencies to protect product assets, reduce stock loss and optimize stockroom flows.
- Lead operational projects end‑to‑end and act as the primary liaison between the store and HQ during launches.
- Design and deliver training for new hires and ongoing follow‑ups, including training on the Cegid store operating system.
- Own stock management processes: replenishment, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and collaboration with Inventory Control.
- Develop forecasting tools and reporting to support sales, stock planning and headcount/payroll projections.
- Manage CRM data quality in coordination with the CRM team and cascade actions to the store team.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to reduce cost and improve service levels.
- Monitor P&L drivers and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and manage store facilities, including recording of client gifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a people‑management role.
- Proven track record in inventory control, loss prevention and implementing operational procedures.
- Knowledge of U.S. retail laws, security protocols and Health & Safety legislation.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience monitoring P&L and operational KPIs.
- Availability to work retail schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to train and develop store teams.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years managing teams; demonstrated experience in luxury or premium retail operations, inventory management and retail project delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
