Role & Responsibilities

• Support stock management and inventory tracking across boutique locations
• Assist in organizing and monitoring inventory audits for accuracy and reliability
• Optimize back-of-house spaces and contribute to process streamlining in retail environments
• Participate in operational improvement projects across the retail network
• Provide support during boutique openings, renovations, and closures
• Update and maintain retail procedures and operational guidelines
• Manage non-merchandise inventory including packaging, uniforms, and in-store tools
• Monitor orders, stock distributions, and supply chain coordination
• Oversee uniform allocation and tracking systems
• Maintain regular communication with boutique teams to address operational needs

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BAC+4/5 business school program or equivalent university-level training
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and contextualize operational data
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
• Fluent English language skills
