Role & Responsibilities

• Support weekly distribution planning: allocate finished-goods quantities from central stock to regional warehouses considering logistical and regulatory constraints.
• Assist in processing and monitoring internal orders (press, VIP, VIC, talents), verifying stock availability and export authorisations when required.
• Contribute to obsolescence analysis and propose corrective actions to optimise SKU management and inventory turn.
• Coordinate production planning with external industrial partners and follow up on production進度 to ensure on-time deliveries and target quantities.
• Monitor component availability; perform supplier follow-ups and escalations to secure inputs for production.
• Manage transport pick-up requests with industrial partners and ensure correct receipt at the central warehouse.
• Define, implement and track operational KPIs (supplier load/capacity, service rates, component commitments) and produce periodic performance reports.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's) programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Production Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory; knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required for daily interactions with international partners.
• Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy, initiative, analytical thinking and ability to synthesise information.
• Genuine interest in operations within the luxury, perfume or cosmetics sectors; internship agreement (convention de stage) required.

Experience

Entry-level: intended for students in their final years of a master's or Grande École programme. Previous internships or coursework in supply chain, logistics, procurement or production are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolment in a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Production Management, Engineering or equivalent.
