Celine Operations Associate in Toronto, Canada. Full-time retail operations role managing inventory, stock, and merchandise logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock that is not displayed on the sales floor
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
- Support visual merchandising and operations needs through the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, arranging cleaning and repairs as required
- Participate in timely preparation and completion of all physical inventories and cycle counts
- Maintain an active role in inventory reconciliation processes
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming and outgoing shipments according to established policies
- Accurately complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damage reports and returns
- Ensure highest standards in packaging and preparing client merchandise for delivery
- Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries
- Document all deliveries, track merchandise, and locate items when necessary
- Assist other departments and the selling floor as requested by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting with focus on stock or inventory management
- Preferably experience in a luxury retail environment
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages
- Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with focus on stock or inventory management, preferably in a luxury setting. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn multiple software platforms.
