Celine Operations Associate position in Miami Design District, Florida. Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving for luxury retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock when items are available but not on the sales floor
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage challenges
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and properly labeled
- Assist with visual merchandising and operations needs including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props
- Support facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repair activities as required
- Participate in timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts
- Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with established policies
- Accurately complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damage documentation and returns-to-vendor
- Ensure the highest standards when packaging client merchandise
- Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing or delayed deliveries
- Document all deliveries to clients, track merchandise locations, and locate items when necessary
- Provide additional support to other departments and the sales floor as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably in a luxury goods setting
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures regularly

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
Education
Business school, university degree, or equivalent professional experience
