Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
• Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage challenges
• Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
• Support visual merchandising and operations by coordinating movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props
• Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs as required
• Participate in timely preparation and completion of physical inventories and cycle counts
• Maintain active role in inventory reconciliation processes
• Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments per established policies
• Accurately complete all paperwork related to inventory maintenance, including damage reports and returns
• Ensure highest standards in packaging and preparing client merchandise for delivery
• Manage all aspects of client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing or delayed shipments
• Document deliveries, track merchandise, and locate items when necessary
• Assist other departments and selling floor personnel as directed by management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with focus on stock or inventory management
• Preferably luxury retail background
• Computer literacy and ability to learn various software systems
• Action-oriented and results-driven approach
• Customer service orientation
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Social perceptiveness and collaborative mindset

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury environment. Demonstrated competency in managing merchandise flow, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate inventory records required.

Education

Business school degree, university education, or equivalent practical retail operations experience.
