Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
• Support sales staff by locating and retrieving in-stock merchandise not currently displayed on the sales floor
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage challenges
• Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
• Support visual merchandising and operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and display props
• Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair scheduling
• Participate in timely preparation and completion of inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process
• Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with company policies
• Accurately complete all paperwork related to inventory maintenance, including damage reports and returns
• Ensure the highest standards when packaging client merchandise
• Manage all aspects of client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing deliveries
• Document deliveries, track inventory, and locate merchandise as necessary
• Assist other departments and the sales floor as requested by management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with focus on stock or inventory management
• Demonstrated experience in a luxury retail setting preferred
• Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 23 per hour.
