Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
  • Ensure implementation of all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
  • Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock when needed.
  • Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and ready for sale.
  • Support visual and merchandising needs by moving and storing fixtures and merchandise.
  • Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
  • Participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
  • Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
  • Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
  • Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
  • Manage client delivery processes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document and track client deliveries.
  • Assist other departments or on the sales floor as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and various software packages.
