Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
• Support sales staff by locating and retrieving in-stock merchandise not currently displayed on the sales floor
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to storage and space challenges
• Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
• Support visual merchandising and operations needs by managing the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props
• Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including scheduling cleaning and repair services as required
• Participate actively in inventory counts and cycle counts with timely completion
• Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process
• Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Accurately complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damage reports and returns
• Ensure the highest standards when preparing and packaging client merchandise
• Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting and resolution of missing deliveries
• Document all client deliveries and track merchandise location when necessary
• Assist other departments or the sales floor as directed by store management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably in a luxury setting
• Business School, University degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
• Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Customer service orientation
• Strong social perceptiveness and problem-solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury goods environment.

Education

Business School, University degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
