Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement targeted solutions to improve efficiency
- Support the application of lean manufacturing methodologies on production lines and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to elevating production quality standards across product quality and workflow organization
- Collaborate on visual management initiatives (5S, Kanban lot sizing), layout design, and line balancing for new production setups
- Assist in mapping the cutting process workflow, including evaluation of material consumption, repairs, and spare parts requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or Economics
- Native proficiency in Italian
- Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Proficient in Excel

First professional experience or entry-level background in production or operations management welcome; exposure to manufacturing environments preferred.
Education
