Céline seeks Omnichannel Trainee in New York City—temporary hybrid role supporting warehouse, CSC, and retail operations at $20/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and support omnichannel order flow processes, warehouse operations, and retail/e-commerce coordination to optimize client experience
- Partner with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and transfer processing, including daily reporting and follow-ups
- Troubleshoot operational issues and open IT tickets for order-related problems such as export errors and address validation
- Communicate with store teams to ensure efficient product transfers to warehouse and timely order dispatch
- Assist customer service team with order updates, cancellations, UPS tracking, return authorization, and post-delivery support
- Analyze fulfillment metrics and inventory levels to identify optimization opportunities and support targets
- Collaborate with e-commerce growth manager on inventory allocation across fulfillment points
- Maintain packaging and client delivery standards to ensure consistent luxury experience
- Support ad hoc omnichannel projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate university student, or early-career professional with retail or operations background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or additional languages preferred
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
