Céline seeks Omnichannel Operations Trainee in New York for temporary fulfillment and supply chain support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and master omnichannel order flow processes and their relationship to merchandising and supply chain to optimize client experience
- Partner with warehouse team to ensure timely order transfer and fulfillment, including daily reporting and team follow-ups
- Open and track IT support tickets for ad hoc order issues such as export errors and address validation
- Communicate with store teams to ensure timely transfer fulfillment to warehouse operations
- Support customer service center team with order updates, cancellations, UPS tracking, return-to-sender processing, and return updates
- Assist with client delivery process including tracking and troubleshooting
- Analyze and report on fulfillment optimization metrics, targets, inventory levels, and fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with ecommerce growth manager on inventory optimization across stock points
- Ensure consistency of packaging standards to maintain standardized client experience
- Support omnichannel team with ad hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Post-graduate early-career professional or retail professional background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn various software programs and systems
- Strong foundational oral and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Good observation and listening skills
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience with a desire to learn and collaborate across corporate and retail environments. Prior retail or operations experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Post-graduate qualification or equivalent retail professional background.
