CELINE seeks an Omni-Channel Senior Manager (SEAO) in Singapore to lead e‑commerce, omni‑channel operations, digital marketing and vendor partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development and day‑to‑day management of the digital e‑commerce platform across Southeast Asia & Oceania to enhance brand desirability and client experience.
- Operate as regional owner for omni‑channel programmes: site merchandising, content presentation, functionality, client service and localised digital activations.
- Drive digital marketing execution in close collaboration with HQ: SEO, paid search and paid social campaigns; report on performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, external agencies, warehouse partners and internal stakeholders (Retail, Supply Chain, Merchandising, CRM, IT).
- Supervise site operations and back‑office procedures; define action plans with partners to optimise e‑logistics and fulfilment flows.
- Promote omni‑channel services and best practices internally; identify digital trends and lead regional optimisation initiatives.
- Partner with clienteling and store teams to ensure a consistent, premium client journey across channels and touchpoints.
- Prepare and present regular performance analyses and project updates to regional management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6–8 years’ digital / e‑commerce experience in retail and/or marketing (luxury experience strongly preferred); retail store experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability managing external agencies and third‑party vendors.
- Proven project management capabilities with experience in change and risk management.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.

Preferred 6–8 years’ experience in digital/e‑commerce within retail and/or marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant roles; experience managing cross‑functional projects, agencies and vendor relationships. Luxury sector experience and retail operations exposure are advantageous.
