Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in drafting technical specifications and acceptance test criteria for the Seamless mobile clienteling application.
- Ensure the quality of deliveries from the Seamless DEV factory through validation and follow-up of releases.
- Maintain and prioritise the Seamless backlog in coordination with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Assist the AMS L3 team in investigating production incidents, including log analysis and upstream data diagnostics.
- Collaborate closely with IS&T, integration and development teams, and the Clienteling & Omnichannel departments to drive continuous improvement and maintenance in production.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 engineering or business school programme with a specialisation in information systems (required for apprenticeship).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Technical sensibility with the ability to understand dependencies across IS systems.
- Strong analytical capability, synthesis skills and result orientation.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and experience in Agile project work (advantageous).
- Rigour, attention to detail and a strong client/retail experience orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in an international, multicultural environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / student apprenticeship. Prior exposure to retail IT or front-office retail systems is a plus (MPOS, Cegid Y2, Salesforce). Initial experience in Agile project work is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+5 level in computer engineering or business school with a specialisation in information systems (current enrolment required for apprenticeship).

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
