Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret and transform design briefs into detailed technical specifications for metallic components
- Design and develop advanced 3D models using industry-standard CAD software for product engineering
- Evaluate technical and industrial feasibility of components, proposing innovative cost-optimized and quality-assured solutions
- Collaborate with external suppliers on prototyping and mass production while ensuring specification and process standard compliance
- Monitor and control material quality and finishing, with focus on steel, brass, galvanic, and PVD treatments
- Ensure product conformity with applicable regulations and internal quality standards
- Provide technical support and consultation to design teams and internal product development departments
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or diploma in Mechanical Design
- Minimum 5 years consolidated experience in development and industrialization of metallic components, preferably in luxury or high-fashion sectors
- Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks, VISI) and PDM/PLM systems
- In-depth knowledge of metals, manufacturing processes (e.g., precision casting, stamping, turning), and surface finishing techniques (galvanic plating, PVD)
- Fluent English; French language is advantageous
- Strong understanding of product development dynamics in complex industrial contexts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for international, dynamic environments
- Proactive, reliable, and strongly goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and manage multiple concurrent projects

Minimum 5 years of consolidated professional experience in the development and industrialization of metallic components, preferably within luxury goods or high-fashion manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated expertise in translating design requirements into viable, cost-effective production processes.
Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent professional diploma in Mechanical Design or related technical discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 50,000 per annum.
