Céline internship – Metal Hardware Purchasing & Development Intern in Strada in Chianti, Italy. Support procurement and product development for luxury metallic accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate data entry and maintenance of technical product specifications and sample orders directed to metal hardware suppliers
- Monitor supplier communication and activities to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and technical specifications
- Provide daily technical support to the team in analyzing technical issues and preparing reports
- Assist in continuous process and product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on preparation and updating of foundational technical documentation, including technical sheets and inspection specifications
- Prepare and manage sample components for testing, quality control, and validation activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or Fashion Accessory Design)
- Familiarity with reading technical documentation and 2D drawings, including academic exposure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data processing and reporting
- Basic knowledge of dimensional control tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to work quality
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
