Céline Paris seeks Retail Merchandising Assistant intern for 6-month full-time role supporting luxury fashion merchandising across categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly reporting and performance analysis for zones and product categories, tracking key performance indicators
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, with follow-up on action plans
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare monthly meetings with regional zones
- Support buying sessions and product launch participation at showrooms
- Analyze product performance and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree from a business school or equivalent university program
- Strong analytical aptitude with genuine interest in product category understanding
- Demonstrated attention to detail and methodical approach
- Fluent English (oral and written)

Experience
Prior internship experience in retail merchandising, business planning, or retail operations is valued; entry-level candidates with strong analytical orientation and retail/fashion passion will be considered.
Education
