Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the RTW and Shoes merchandising strategy for both men's and women's collections in Greater China.
- Manage buying, assortment planning, and sales follow-up to balance brand image with commercial opportunities.
- Prepare OTB and define assortment, product mix, and depth per store while adhering to core offerings and central guidelines.
- Prepare product information for retail teams and co-facilitate collection training with training teams.
- Coordinate with the supply chain for delivery follow-ups and collaborate with the VM team for market-specific implementation of guidelines.
- Actively participate in CRM events, providing product offers and on-site support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, propose reorders, and maximize sales through strategic rebalancing.
- Collaborate with central teams to define second-life strategies, including markdowns and outlets.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitor products, and pricing, providing impactful feedback to central teams monthly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 years in buying or merchandising within luxury brands, with specific experience in women's RTW.
