Céline Merchandising Assistant internship, Paris. Six-month full-time position beginning January 2027 in fashion accessories merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly performance reports analyzing sales metrics, zone performance, and key indicators across product categories
  • Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, tracking and monitoring action plans across regions
  • Prepare monthly meetings with geographic zones, including analysis and presentation materials
  • Monitor competitive landscape: new product launches, seasonal themes, and accessory market trends
  • Conduct ad-hoc competitive analysis and pricing studies
  • Maintain Céline price positioning analysis by product line and category
  • Perform on-site price checks in euros and major currency denominations
  • Manage product data, ensuring accurate and timely data processing and updates for showroom systems
  • Create and maintain collection tracking tools, including collection plans and showroom documentation
  • Prepare for and participate in buying sessions with merchandising teams during showroom periods

Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in Business School or equivalent university program
  • Prior internship experience in Retail Merchandising or Collection Merchandising is appreciated
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to work and analysis
  • Natural curiosity with a demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and luxury market dynamics
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Advanced proficiency in English
