Céline seeks Merchandiser (Contract) in Singapore to support SEA and Australia buying and merchandising activities. Mid-level role, 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate reports and provide business analysis to offer visibility on category performance across retail networks
- Develop and execute action plans to drive business objectives and sales results
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, CRM, PR, retail, and store teams to maximize sales performance
- Provide strategic information and insights to retail teams to ensure optimal sales performance
- Partner with in-store VM specialists to maximize visual merchandising opportunities aligned with local market needs and global guidelines
- Conduct competitive analysis reports on pricing, products, and market positioning
- Engage supply chain team to ensure optimal product availability across SEA and Australia to maximize sell-through
- Participate in seasonal buying sessions across categories with primary responsibility for final buy delivery including reviews and revisions with Paris headquarters
- Represent regional business needs to the Paris buying team, ensuring clear market communication while responding to seasonal buying guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant merchandising experience
- Business acumen with proven negotiating skills
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office applications
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous approach to execution
