CELINE Merchandiser Intern in Singapore – 6-month internship supporting inventory planning and retail reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update weekly merchandising reports to track sales performance and stock movement
- Prepare and manage ST (Stock Transfer/Sales Tracking) reports to support inventory decisions
- Handle store requests, including OOZ (Out-of-Stock) requests, ensuring timely resolution and stock replenishment
- Support HQ rebalancing and assist in TS (Target Stock) setting to optimize inventory levels
- Build and maintain MTD (Month-to-Date) trackers to monitor business performance against targets
- Provide reporting support during buying cycles, including preview and markdown reports
- Assist in gathering product feedback from stores and contribute to basic trend analysis
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with merchandising, store, and headquarters teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; prior internship or entry-level merchandising or retail operations experience preferred but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
