CELINE Singapore is hiring a Merchandiser Intern — 6‑month on‑site internship supporting leather goods merchandising and inventory in Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update weekly merchandising reports to monitor sales performance and stock movement.
- Prepare and manage ST (Stock Transfer / Sales Tracking) reports to inform inventory decisions.
- Receive and process store requests, including OOZ (Out‑of‑Stock) requests, ensuring timely resolution and replenishment.
- Support HQ-led rebalancing and assist in TS (Target Stock) setting to optimise inventory levels.
- Build and maintain MTD (Month‑to‑Date) trackers to compare business performance against targets.
- Provide reporting support during buying cycles, including preview and markdown reports.
- Gather product feedback from stores and contribute to basic trend and sell‑through analysis.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (stores, buying, planning) to ensure data accuracy and follow‑through on inventory actions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; comfortable communicating with regional stores and HQ teams.
- Available for a 6‑month, on‑site internship in Singapore (anticipated start June 2026).
- Strong numerical literacy and comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proactive team player with attention to detail and basic analytical curiosity about product performance.

Entry‑level: suitable for current students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior internships or coursework in merchandising, retail, or analytics are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
