Céline Paris internship: Management Accounting Assistant supporting budget, closing & financial planning for LVMH luxury fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and period-end provisions and closing files, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation
- Monitor budget performance and identify potential deviations, escalating variances as needed
- Participate in budget construction and revisions in collaboration with headquarters and subsidiary finance teams
- Consolidate subsidiary budgets and prepare presentations for LVMH Fashion and parent company review
- Input budget data into Anaplan planning and forecasting system
- Conduct analyses on marketing envelope utilization, assessing revenue impact and country-level comparisons
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor+4/+5 programme at a business school or equivalent university degree in finance or accounting
- First professional experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment
- Strong command of financial analysis and data synthesis
- Demonstrated ability to work with precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Fluent English language proficiency
