CELINE — Legal Intern (Generalist) in Paris (75002). Six‑month full‑time internship from Jan 2027; support on contracts, litigation, real estate and IT law.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents in French and English and assist in negotiations where required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and notes for operational stakeholders across jurisdictions.
- Maintain and update the contract management tool and support contract lifecycle administration.
- Assist with pre‑litigation and litigation files globally: prepare documentation, analyse legal instruments and summarise case positions.
- Monitor regulatory and case law developments and prepare a monthly legal newsletter for internal distribution.
- Collaborate closely with lawyers across Real Estate, IT/Digital/Data and Business Law practice areas and support cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master 2 (or equivalent) in private law or business law; an LLM is highly desirable.
- Enrollment in, or preparation for, the CRFPA is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Minimum six months of consecutive internship experience or an alternance within an in‑house legal department or law firm (France or abroad).
- Excellent written and oral English (minimum C1) and strong French drafting skills.
- School internship agreement required for the six‑month full‑time placement.
- Personal qualities: dynamism, organisational aptitude, team spirit, rigour, autonomy, initiative and strong synthesis skills.

Education
Master 2 in private law or business law; LLM preferred. CRFPA admission is a plus.
