CÉLINE seeks a Legal Intern for IT & Privacy in Paris, supporting digital law and GDPR compliance work for this LVMH luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in French and English; participate in contract negotiation as appropriate
  • Conduct legal research and contribute to legal opinions and consultations for operational teams
  • Maintain and update the contract management system
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updates of the data processing activity register (GDPR compliance)
  • Support the development, review, and updating of internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor legal developments and prepare monthly legal newsletter

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) in digital law, IT law, or data protection law, preferably complemented by an LLM
  • CRFPA entrance examination completion is a plus
  • Six months consecutive internship or apprenticeship experience within a legal department or law firm, in France or internationally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal database systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English (minimum C1 or equivalent)
